• 2nd time NO SHOW or LAST MIN CANCELATION......50% of your service is due to reserve your appointment. This can be used towards your appointment when you come in. Should you cancel last min or fail to show.....THIS IS A NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE.
• 3rd time NO SHOW or LAST MIN CANCELATION......100% of your service is due to reserve your appointment. This can be used towards your appointment when you come in. Should you cancel last min or fail to show.....THIS IS A NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally a NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING fee will apply.

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the NO SHOW fees.

Products or Boutique items can be returned in the form of exchange or credit. There is no CASH BACK for returned items.
